shaved ice
A Japanese dessert consisting of shaved ice in a cup, flavored with syrup and a sweetener (often condensed milk), and eaten with a spoon.
Japanese shaved ice stands usually have a flag with the kanji "ice" on it called kooribata.
Shaved ice with matcha syrup is called ujikintoki.
