Shimiko has a very long orange and blonde gradient hair with twintails, with green hair bow and a hairclip on her right hair and a pair of feather hair behind her sidelocks. She wears a semi-rimless rectangular glasses. She wears the standard Trinity high school uniform with yellow trim that comprised of white shirt with long sleeves, yellow sailor collar, thin green bowtie, white pleated skirt, a pair of white socks that's longer for her right leg and black shoes with another green bow attached on her left leg.
Carries an FN SCAR 17 battle rifle.
