Ryoshu's mother, and the previous Nursefather of the Pinky before she was killed by her and subsequently replaced by Araya.
The main difference between her and Araya is she has crossed bangs, whereas Araya has blunt bangs when appearing as her.
Another difference is she might be depicted with young Ryoshu or the unhurt Nursefathers, while Araya would often be seen with Ren or the present LCB Ryoshu.
