siren (final fantasy)
Recurring creature in the Final Fantasy series. It debuted in Final Fantasy V as a boss that entranced the characters with memories of their loved ones (but didn't work on the amnesiac Galuf), and also turns undead. Later appearances introduced it as a summon with harps and head wings. She silences foes.
Her FFV incarnation is known for being a tall sprite (occupying two map tiles). Her FFVI incarnation is famous for ass, and being censored in various manners. There's also debate whether her FFVIII incarnation's pubic area is covered in hair or a seashell, which Remastered then covered with a wing skirt.
