Pussy lips held wide open, exposing the vaginal orifice. Usually done with the hands, but may also be done with a speculum, dilation tape, or dilation belt.
If the pussy is being spread underneath fabric but isn't visible, use spread pussy under clothes instead. If the pussy is being spread underneath fabric and is at least partially visible, use both tags.
It is different from gaping, where the orifice stays open by itself with nothing to hold it open.
