Sumeragi Lee Noriega is a character in Gundam 00, the commanding officer of Celestial Being's mobile suit carriers Ptolemaios and Ptolemaios II. Voiced by Honna Youko (JP) and Lisa Ann Beley (EN).

She is in her very late 20's with noticeably large breasts and has long wavy/curly hair. She was also always seen drinking alcohol in most of her appearance in season 1.
