Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese heavy cruiser Takao. Character design by Mikoto Akemi, voiced by Touyama Nao.
She has short black hair, red eyes, and large breasts. Her default (and only) outfit, shared with her sister Atago on historical grounds, comprises a blue beret, blue dress shirt, white ascot, blue miniskirt, black gloves, black thighhighs with garter straps, and rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her bridge and funnels wrapped around her waist, and a circular half-rig hull containing three 20.3 cm twin gun mounts.
