The highest-ranking members of Team Rocket in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal. They are unnamed, and they do not have unique designs save for the sole female executive.
In HeartGold and SoulSilver, the executives are given distinct names and identities. Do not use this tag on art of these designs; use the tags for Archer, Ariana, Petrel, and/or Proton instead.
