A character as part of Touhoku Zunko project, which supports Touhoku region of Japan.
Also an UTAUloid, later made into a VOICEROID for its VOICEROID2 software and then a CeVIO voicebank for CeVIO AI. She is voiced by Kido Ibuki.

She has very long white hair tied into ponytail, two sidelocks, fox ears and gradient purple-blue eyes. She wears a kimono, white tabi, and geta.

She is a spirit medium possessed by a fox spirit who calls himself NHK and the older sister of Touhoku Zunko and Touhoku Kiritan.

Her white hair and fox ears are a byproduct of being possessed by the NHK - she had a black hair before then.
