A neopagan (mostly Wiccan) symbol, representing the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone. It is made up of a full circle (representing the full moon with a crescent facing outwards on each side.
In some cases, the middle circle may be replaced with a pentacle (a pentagram surrounded by a circle).
