tsuki no suzu

A magical bell possessed by Mizuki Kaho in Cardcaptor Sakura. It’s shaped like a crescent and has various colored ribbons connected to it. In Clear Card, Kaho transforms it to a moon-shaped Kagura suzu.

Tomoyo Hime from Tsubasa Chronicle also has a similar looking bell.
