unconventional broom

Something that looks vaguely like a broom and serves the same purpose as one (at least from a witch's perspective, i.e. as a mode of transportation), but certainly is not one nor capable of being used a like a normal broom (i.e. for sweeping the floor). Usually a weapon or a rocket drive of some sort.
