A Japanese VTuber agency. Though originally founded in 2018 to support Akatsuki Uni alone, the indie VTuber Mochizuki Himari would join in April 2020.

In 2022 the agency was rebranded as Liverary. In 2023 they were embroiled in controversy and all four VTubers quit. However the company continued to exist, fulfilling obligations from a previous crowdfunding campaign, until in December 2025 one of the former support staff debuted as a new VTuber and the rebrand was reversed.
