A small insect-like Pokémon that resembles a red caterpillar. It has a cream underside, large yellow eyes, a single yellow stinger on its head, numerous spikes on its body and five pair of stubby, white legs. Taillow, Swellow and Starly are its natural predators.

Evolves into Silcoon or Cascoon, then into Beautifly or Dustox respectively.
