The second video game console produced by Microsoft, and the successor to the Xbox. The Xbox 360 competes with Sony's PlayStation 3 and Nintendo's Wii as part of the seventh generation of video game consoles. Succeeded by the Xbox One.

The Xbox logo is still the glowing green X, which - for the 360 - is embedded in a silver ball. The consoles main color is white, but it also comes in black with later productions in alternate colors.

Many accessories are available for the console, such as faceplates for customization.
