youngchun (trickcal)

A major character in Trickcal.

A tiny humanoid with blonde pigtails and a sprout atop her head, Youngchun is a mysterious entity who the player character meets upon their arrival in the realm of Elias. She serves as a guide and companion to the player across their travels, and grants them the ability to read the inner thoughts of other people—a skill which comes in handy when dealing with duplicitous elves and tricky phantoms. Youngchun has a cheeky streak, like most residents of Elias, but is easygoing and generally good-natured, expressing a genuine liking of the player character and encouraging them along their way.

Youngchun only ever reveals herself to the Leader, expressing that she doesn't find much reason in conversing with most denizens of Elias; likewise, she is grateful to have someone to talk to after a long time spent in relative solitude.
