Archer-class servant introduced in Fate/Grand Order's Halloween Rising! event. The famous warrior queen of the Palmyran kingdom during the crisis of the third century. Well known for her defensive campaign against the Roman emperor Aurelian, whom she eventually fell in love with and married in exchange for sparing her country.
In-game, Zenobia is depicted wearing a black bikini and a g-string, with her dress being torn down, and being repaired and covering her body in her second and third ascension. According to her lore, the reason for her to wear a scantily-clad costume was because she believed that body exposure is not an indecent act.
