Formerly just a regular human, Madoka was duped into making a contract with Kyubey and was subsequently turned into M.A.D.O.K. the Magical Girl. Calling herself the Goddess and using her vast magical power and "entropy manipulation" ability, she annihilated all witches on Earth.
