If her head and shoulders shrank any more, they'd be mistaken for oddly shaped birthmarks. As it is, she probably has to avoid putting anything big, like peas or raisins, into her mouth, for fear of choking.

Not certain, but perhaps the totally square shoulders? I mean- those could take someone's eye out. Or the fact that she's- worse than a pinhead. I mean- seriously, compare her head to her hips and breasts.
