The scene following this one (Asune apparently sleeping in the nude and Kirito sitting there in his clothes) confused the hell out of me; they actually did it or not?

If yes, shouldn't this be tagged as spoiler?

According to chapter 16.5, it happened. In detail. For quite a few pages.

Believe it or not, Asuna's room actually looks like that in Ep 10. The "lamp" even has a "button" that you can push to "turn it on."
