This image was used as the cover art for White Canvas' Comiket 63 (Winter 2002) print catalog. As parasol noted the artist is left_side.

White Canvas is a doujin store (www.w-canvas.com) and is one of several stores that distribute Comiket catalogs which include full listings of what will be available for purchase at each Comiket.

The image below, presumably taken at one of White Canvas' stores, shows the promotional cover art for the print and digital versions of the C63 catalog.
