Well canonically the celestials have nearly indestructible bodies, and the onis have most physical power. So this is really where the immovable object (Tenshi's head) meets the unstoppable force (Suika's fist).

If I recall, the forehead is rather strong. I heard it could break a finger or two if the fist hits.
