I literally caught this half translated, then refreshed and it was done. I am in awe.

It's not a date, but if that was a date what a remarkably simple way to enjoy yourselves. Also cheap (until dinner with Kogasa).

I get the feeling we did the rounds of four or five arcades. I honestly barely remember which places we went, so I just listed shop names where I'd go first if they existed. This all happened 23 years ago, y'know. (^^;)

Reader-added tags include "That's what you call a date, Kogasa-san", "You're leery, Sanae-sama!" and "That's more arcades than sightseeing, Kogasa-san".

The poll's the first list of favorites in a while:

My Top 5 Fave Arcade Games:
    • COTTOn
    • Darius
    • StarBlade
    • Marvel Land
    • Dragon Spirit

Be more specific, Mizuki. Darius, Darius II, Darius Gaiden, G-Darius, or Darius Burst?

Ah yes, Cotton. I can't say I've played the arcade game, but I have played Panorama Cotton on the Genesis. I'm not surprised he is a fan, given the fact that he has drawn Cotton before.

Whichever one was in Japanese arcades around 1989 and/or concurrently with the other choices, I'd imagine.

It's possible to spend time with someone and have it not be a date, right? If that was a date, though, Kogasa-san and Rumia-san sure know how to have a good time. I should find a girl who likes video gaming on dates; good restaurants are too pricey these days!

For the poll, I'm going with COTTON, because witch on a broom stick.

Sanae doesn't understand what a treasure trove a good arcade is. There are nearly no good ones left in America compared to what Japan has.

If Darius could refer to Darius Gaiden, that would be my choice.

This. The best "arcade", if you can even call it that, around here is in a community college near where I live. They have Raiden II, CvS2, MvC2, and Area 51 cabinets.

    It wasn't a date, I tell you.

So, what kind of date did you have in Matsumoto?
    And she wasn't a girlfriend.
Outrageous! Out-outrageous! ”Chouzetsu Rinjin Beraboo-Man”, also known as ”Bravoman”.
Is it right? Or is it up?

What was the point of coming to Matsumoto, then?
But it really WAS a date, wasn't it?
After that, we went to places like the Sega Arcade!
