The symbol like Rising Sun or Swatika are not crime themself but belong to the users. A bit late, but I don't think it's good to start to blame everything for the past of their country. My grandma always said that even if some of the army or the head of a country can be totally inhuman and do some horrible stuff, it doesn't mean we have to hate the whole country for it. Not everyone in the country agree with that, and it's just plain wrong to blame them nonetheless. Just like sometimes people blame the kids for their parents' doing, even if it doesn't either concern them or they disagree. War is over, and darunk is right, history is here to make us learn.
