Hmm, they have been experimenting with 40mm CNE Grenades (CNE = Controled Nuclear Explosion), so if she had those then she'd be at her own level.
But that doens't follow the base, admittedly.

The stinger can be fired in an AtA configuration (done on helicopters), so I'd guess it would depend on if she was on the ground when she fires it or not.
