8 years late, but... cis-Bis(isothiocyanato)bis(2,2′-bipyridyl-4,4′-dicarboxylato)ruthenium(II).

It's used as a dye for dye-sensitized solar cells.

Name is that long because it's an organometallic compound. One has to describe the central metal ion and the attached ligand groups separately, then combine them into a single name. And all those numbers are there to tell people where the atoms are joined.
