I saw Pumpking from the thumbnail and laughed, so I ID'd all of the characters except the bottom right girl, I'm not sure who she is. Happy Halloween!

One of the most useless & unpopular card in YGO has manage to rape all of the most beautiful girl cards in YGO.

I guess Silent Magician is too powerful for Pumpking to include her(the card is female whereas in the anime the character was male). Not that Silent Swordsman would allow it either.

There was Guardian Angel Joan, who had the same stats, and looked pretty much the same, but was a tribute effect monster (if you destroyed a monster with it, it would add the destroyed monster's attack to your life points).

It was in the anime. It was Serenity/Shizuka's key card during the filler Noah saga.
