    鈴「まあ薬なんて無くても気持ちで盛り上げれば良いだけですよね」

    Looks like Futo^o^Maki and Lime12121 are both right. Very roughly, based on Google Translate and a little tweaking (but I'm not going to quote-mark it, because I'm not confident enough, especially the last two lines of dialogue):

    Re: "Make some more medicine, pleeease~ It's kind of addictive..."
    Ei: "You know, it's sad to see pupils wasting all their time playing with themselves."
    Re: "I understand - then, master, let's use it together."
    Ei: I don't want to say it, but... it doesn't work for me.
    Re: Well, without the drug it's just not as exciting.
    Ei: "Go do it yourself!"

    Master and pupil are close.
