Is it really okay to put Shinobu as a tag? While I agree they are the same entity to some degree. Kissshot is a complete vampire, while Shinobu is incomplete. There has to be some sort of distinction between the two right so as not to confuse the two?

Not really, Kisshot is just Shinobu with all her power back and they are more or less the exact same person. I don't see much reason personally to make any more distinctions
