Double check your surroundings. Make sure that this is your house. If it is, offer to make some coffee. If it isn't... Pray. And say good morning, cause you're a classy fella.

Confirm it's my house. Bid her a good morning while indicating that you'll give her a few moments of privacy while you prepare refreshments and water the plants. Ask if she prefers coffee, tea, or something else.

If you're going to die, try to do it in a way she might look back at fondly later. Being polite can't hurt.
