This Mega is the non-dragon one, so Wargreymon won't be so much problem for that matter at least...

To be honest, who wins depends on what rules you follow here. If by pokemon rules, then Fire is SE vs Steel, Giving MCY the advantage here. If by Digimon rules, they'd both be considered part of the Dragon family, despite Charizard's technicalities, so WGM's Dramon Killers would give him the advantage.

Basically, they both win in their respective universes. On neutral ground, I'd argue they'd be evenly matched.

I like this idea of Wargreymon VS Charizard...Too bad the art isn't awesome enough...

Have to disagree with you there. Wargreymon is capable of leveling city blocks in one move. Charizard doesn't stand much of a chance.

Only Mega Charizard X is Dragon type, Mega Charizard Y is Fire/Flying

Let's not forget that WarGreymon is still capable to evolve further into WarGreymon-X
