Meh, I've seen bigger. These are big but they don't disrupt the overall image. It's like "Two cute looking girls *looks down* with huge boobs!" type of thing.

Not when their breasts are larger than their heads.

This conversation got me wondering...
How exactly do they fit those things in those clothes? How painful must that be?

See the collars? They contain focused compression field generators that effectively shrink their breasts so they can fit in their clothes. Once the clothes are removed, their breasts re-expand to their original size.
The field generator is based on an older version of the Raxacoricofallapatorian original, with the focusing technology added in by Nitori.

It does cause some mild discomfort, but the re-expansion is actually quite pleasant, it seems.

Large breasts are sexually arousing.
