Did the artist say which of the two is the mother? Title is 新妻 霊夢 which Google translates as "New Wife Reimu". Going by that I'd assume it's Reimu but it'd still be nice if someone who aactually speaks the language could confirm.

I thought it was quite obvious that Reimu's the mother, and Sendai Miko's the flustered grandmother.

Seeing that the artist himself tagged it as ReiRin I'm going to have to say that Reimu is the mother.
