I always thought Aya had a big head.

This reminds me of an episode of Billy and Mandy where Mandy got her head attached to a fly's body.

So... this means that Sukuna's tiny head is on somebody's normal sized body.

I can't wait to see it.

Should this be added to the Misleading Thumbnails pool? I first though from the thumbnail that Aya's head was physically dismembered (the small body resembles flesh and blood)
