where is cirno ?

Crafty. "CIRNO" is written on one of the chemical structures.

Aside from that, does anyone know what chemical these structures are? I think I see an aromatic ring, (ethyl)ester, an aldehyde, an ether, and two amines. The upper one is the same, safe for CIRNO on the lower right. My nomenclatur skills aren't up to par, so any chemistry students who happen to read this answering would be appreciated. My guess is on a drug or maybe poison.

Is a CIRNO even possible? It would have to be carbon (C), iridium (IR), and either nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O) or just nobelium (No).

eMolecules says it's Oseltamivir, an antiviral drug.
