Stick it all the way in your mouth to where only the cookie end is out of your mouth, clasp your four front teeth on it without biting through it, pull it out of your moth scraping the coating off with said teeth. Note the thin lines of chocolate left from where the teeth on the same row curve away from each other. Not having a gag reflex helps significantly. I used to do it once in a while but now I just mow through them like a woodchipper.
