The other one is Nozaki's brother. Can't remember his name.

The purple haired boy is Wakamatsu, given things like proximity to Seo and the purple hair (other examples post #1815297 & post #1813657)

Can't say I know who the remaining person is though, perhaps someone who didn't appear in the anime, but is in the manga?
