The remaining two characters (above Prince Charming) are Kashiie Henji and Kashiie Shigure, introduced in Chapter 13. They are based off Hansel and Gretel, repsectively.

("Kashiie" means Candy House, and their personal names somewhat resemble Hansel and Gretel).
