Technically, these two aren't Cirno and Daiyousei; they are characters from the Sword World 2.0 replay series "Touhou Hisouken", Chill and Rune, both Alraune. The video just depicts them as Cirno and Daiyousei, respectably. Is there a tag or something for that?

While the video series that they appear in uses the avatars of Cirno and Daiyousei to depict the characters, the characters themselves are completely different from the two fairies, except for a few similarities in appearance. For example, Chill, depicted as Cirno, has no knowledge of any ice element spells, and instead uses a dagger to fight.

Alternatively, search 東方緋想剣 instead. The kanji is different, so it should give you different links.
