I've seen something similar on TV. There's actually a restaurant where all the food is laid out on a woman's body. I will say, though, that there was no banana in the crotch. I have a feeling that wouldn't go over very well...

There are restaurants that do it in Japan, usually not quite so... elaborate as this. I believe one actually opened in Chicago a few years back.

Take chop sticks and went for the sushi near the crotch. The girl let out of a small yell. "Whoop grab the wrong one"

I wouldn't use any kind of tools yo bring the food to my mouth, the best way to eat this is obviously to bring your mouth on to the girls body to peck the food of.
