It's clearly Jintsuu though, given the hair, and the fact that Jintsuu was the only CL sunk in the Battle of Kolombangara, which the Fall 2015 Event is based off.

The cannons on her right arm are typical of the Sendai sisters tho. Not to mention the searchlight, the cause of Jintsuu's historical demise.
