Sphinx, not a griffin. Griffins have the forelimbs and head of an eagle. Also this is Mio, not Kirari.
Edit: though that's still Kirari's hand in the first panel. I can see how this is confusing. Sphinx girl's hair is darker brown and her dialogue on the next page doesn't have any of Kirari's inflections so I'm still betting this is Mio. Annoyingly the only person Wata do Chinkuru tags on this is Mishiro.
