I wonder about this newscast. That "More that 100 cm" line may be referred not only to snowfall.

It's rather hard to see but the line above it should be 記録的豪雪 (record-setting heavy snow).

Over 100cm of snow. A hella good reason to stay at a guy she only knows and meets on the Monday trains.
