Removed the tag. There's no clear indication that he's been genderswapped, he was only drawn very feminine. No tags on the pixiv that confirm the genderswap either.

No, it's a rare avatar module. The guy that wanted to buy his account specifically identified it as a M9000, and when originally assuming Kirito was female, he thought it was a F1300. The M9000 is significantly more valuable than the F1300, even.
