I don't see why Yamashiro should be afraid with Mutsu coming, She's a BBV (well after remodel) and at k2, she's definitely have a different role in the base (looking at you 4-5 & 1-5, and please remember E-7 spring 2016)

Actually, they are just using battleship recipe. LSC's lowest cost is 1500/1500/2000/1000 which is higher than recipe in this strip.

And I don't think that Kidmiral even know what is LSC too...

One of the prerequisites in the LSC chain requires having all three of the Sendai-class. And 2-4-11 hasn't showed up yet.

Was hoping for Kongou but having a member of the unlucky tea parties shouldn't be all too bad.
