I'm pretty sure she was complete in the 2nd season so she should have a waist now.

From what I saw she wasn't completed in Traumend either...look closely at her "corpse" after Barasuishou finishes her off. The dress around her lower torso is almost level with the floor; she'd have to have nothing thicker than a sheet of cardboard inside to cause that effect.

I guess that's part of the reason why she's such a ruthless player of the Alice Game--she's the discarded prototype who wants to prove herself to Daddy.

at the very end of the 2nd season, she is fully repaired (meaning she now has a torso). it should be noted that in the manga she was never incomplete.
