I'd like to know what utensils is used to make cakes like this. I feel if I buy it, it'll save me tons of money in the long run as i'd make these cakes myself.

I think they are called mousse cakes. Cake making is one of those things where it may actually be better just to buy it than to make it since most don't eat it too often, and it takes a lot of effort to make it clean and appealing.
