The white haired girl is Hibiki, who is the incarnation if you will of the IJN Destroyer Hibiki who was transferred to the Soviet navy following WWII as a war prize, where she was renamed Verniy and served with the Soviet Fleet to some point in 1950 or 55 and later sunk as a target ship.

@Type-kun: I can sort of read the commentary title as "true and secret shooting style 'according to S.T.A.L.K.E.R.'" (with 'true'/'reliable' being a pun with Verniy), but I don't quite get the grammar, especially the declension for стрельбa and сталкер, plus the hyphen after по. I'll be much obliged if you could explain things to me. Thanks in advance.

There's no pun on "Верный" here, it just mentions her by name. "По-сталкерски" is an adverb that means "like a stalker". "Секрет стрельбы" is more tricky, the closest I can think of would be "the secret to shooting" - similar to how "секрет успеха" would be translated to "the secret to success", or "секрет приготовления риса" as "the secret to cooking rice"; that is, some crucial detail you need to know to perform something properly. There's probably something that sounds more natural in English, but I have no idea :3 So, complete translation would be "Verniy and the secret to shooting 'like a stalker'".
