That cottage has precision-cut boards and glass windows. That's not something you make out in the wilds, that takes precision machinery (at least, for Medieval standards...) of the kind that requires significant societal division of labor. It looks like orc society is either a straight-up equivalent of human society, or this orc is renting a house built by a race that build like humans do.

He's also wearing a cross. Clearly, this orc has found himself some Jesus.
