Since he keeps talking about an oath, maybe this orc wasn't born a gentleman but instead strives to become one through sheer willpower.

Both of which could lead to problems
Kick her out she may get in trouble and he won't like that, plus she may stay nearby or worse breaks back in
Tie her up she will enjoy it and make her go harder

Alternately, tie her up, and she'll enjoy it, but at least she'll enjoy it somewhere you don't have to care about it for a while.
